Our client, a reputable law firm in Philly, is seeking a receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis for at least four months. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and desire to help during a busy time of year!
About You:
- 1+ year of professional experience in an administrative capacity
- Previous law firm experience is required for this position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Day to Day:
- Act as first point of contact for all visitors, clients and guests of the firm
- Assist with calendar management, coordinating meetings as needed
- Field all calls, emails and correspondence to correct contacts in a timely manner
- Help file client records, sensitive documents, and other paperwork accurately and with discretion
- Assist with additional projects as needed
