We have an excellent opportunity for a Contract Fulfillment Representative in our Mountaintop, PA facility.


Summary:

The Contract Fulfillment Representative is responsible for processing all orders that come through the MTP and GYR plant by utilizing WebGen and Frontier.  The CFR is also responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers through emails and phone calls, and maintaining positive working relationships with external customers as well as internal associates.

 Responsibilities/Principal Duties:

  • Process all orders, including releases and shop drawing requests within 24 business hours.
  • Review all orders for accuracy before providing to Scheduling. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies.  Make necessary corrections to orders released by customers through WebGen
  • Answer phone inquiries, return phone calls and assist customers in order processing
  • Respond to emails and research inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Issue credit memos; handle any pricing disputes.
  • Assist all departments in efficient communication with internal and external customers.
  • Cross training throughout the Sales Department by assisting in all areas to achieve CornellCookson goals, including but not limited to estimating.
  • Internal communications
  • Order Entry (items not programmed)
  • Effectively communicate competitor strengths, weaknesses and market trends. Recommendations to existing market strategies.
  • Enable Dealers Sales Efforts


Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a construction product related industry or 3 years minimum CornellCookson sales/marketing experience preferred.
  • Rolling steel and sectional door experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications preferred. Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work independently and maintain sound selling skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, quantitative math skills and excellent clerical skills.
  • Ability to independently operate PC based applications for faxing, email and Windows for office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Cornell/Cookson product line and knowledge of WebGen/Frontier (ERP system), AS400, CRM, Work, Excel and Outlook preferred.
  • Must be able to develop mutually beneficial dealer relationships. High level of teamwork and interpersonal skills required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, create solutions and make sound, independent decisions & plans. Referral to manager is available.
