We are an award-winning, privately held General Contractor that specializes in interior construction projects as well as industrial, retail, office, and medical projects. We have developed a solid reputation among clients over the past 30+ years for offering highly technological construction services in a secure working environment. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to assist with our projects in the Tampa Bay Area.
What You Will Be Doing The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects from award through closeout, creating and maintaining each project's schedule and budget, processing change orders, handling RFI and submittal processes, and negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. You will be primarily handling Big Box and Light Industrial projects.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ Years Commercial Construction Project Manager Experience
- Degree in Construction Management or Related Field Preferred
- Experience Working on Big Box Retail, Light Industrial, and Warehouse Projects
- Familiarity with Tilt-Up Construction Projects
- Organizational Skills with the Capability to Lead Projects Varying In Size From Start to Finish
- Ability to Work in a Fast-aced Environment and Balance Multiple Tasks at Once
- Excellent Time-Management and Scheduling Skills to Complete Tasks ahead of Deadlines
- Strong Leadership, Organizational, and Communication Skills
