Job Description

Working together with the Manager of Compensation, the Compensation Analyst will provide analytical support in the administration of existing Compensation programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting job analyses and review position descriptions for appropriateness and confirmation of FLSA classifications; benchmarking positions for evaluation against market.
  • Working as a team player to support and contribute to the successful administration of the Annual Merit and Incentive programs; performing analyses and work within the Oracle application as assigned.
  • Determining the organization's competitive pay structure by participation in salary surveys.
  • Working collaboratively on compensation related projects on an as needed basis.
Job Requirements
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in Compensation/Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree majoring in Business, Management, Accounting, HR, and/or Finance preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail as well as analytical, verbal, written, and problem solving skills
  • Experience working within a fast moving organization with a manufacturing component
