JOB DESCRIPTION

AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA is looking for a dynamic, well organized, Commissioned Mortgage Loan Originator with excellent selling and communication skills to continue building relationships with customers in the community.

Position Location: Blackshear, GA

Deadline to Apply: August 29th, 2022

Position Description/Responsibilities
• Pro-actively sells and delivers customer-focused financial solutions tailored to customer's needs.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, financial planners, and others to attract new clients.
• Assures sound, compliant and complete mortgage loan application packages.
• Develops and executes marketing and sales plans to achieve Association goals.
• Attracts new customers and ensures satisfaction and retention of all customers.

Required Experience
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience:
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Education:
• Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate's degree.

Preferred Education:
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

Other Details:
Commission compensation plan with health benefits and 401(k) option.
