Commercial Property Manager - Office Building We are a well established real estate firm with offices all in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis who focus on both Commercial and Residential Property investment and management. What You Will Be Doing -Ensure properties are in good order - schedule maintenance and repairs
-Lease paperwork
-Contract Management
-Property Records
-Routine reports
-Work Order Processing
-Prepare leases
-Annual budgeting
-Rent collection and billings
What You Need for this Position -2-3 years experience in Commercial Property Management (Office Building Highly Preferred)
-Understanding of Commercial Lease Structures
-CAM (Common Area Management) Experience
-Organized, Driven, self starting
