Job purpose
This position will support the department it is assigned to by carrying out general clerical duties.
Duties and responsibilities
- Copies data and compiles records and reports.
- Tabulates and posts data in record books.
- Records orders for merchandise or service.
- Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
- Operates office machines such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.
- Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Must be able to perform general office administration tasks as assigned.
