Our client, an investment firm, is looking for an Intelligent, energetic and professional individual to provide superior service to the firm's senior staff and client's in support of the firm's fundraising efforts. In this Senior Client Services Associate role, you will be responsible for handling and leading projects for the financial services team, working directly with customers via in-bound and outbound phone and e-mail correspondence; responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner; effectively resolving complex issues; qualify leads for follow up; and handling additional account management duties as needed. Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate initiative, proactivity and responsiveness, pick up new skills quickly, and show a keen attention to detail. The qualified candidate must have a true calendar and STRONG travel skills, a Bachelor's degree; superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; superior problem solving skills and great attention to detail; and you must be enthusiastic, bright and willing to learn new responsibilities. Ideal candidates are motivated, polished and flexible, and are looking for a high-level position in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment!
