Compensation: $20.98/hr
Community Living Instructor (CLI) Supervisor SW will coordinate psychosocial education and training groups for apartment residents and community clients. The CLI Supervisor SW will provide guidance and direction for CLI’s for the Nevada Cluster - HOME program.
*This is a full-time, benefit eligible position that works Monday - Friday.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
• Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Completes performance development/AIM process
• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK
Operating vehicles or machinery
High School/GED required
• At least two (2) years experience as a Community Living Instructor or equivalent required
• A valid driver’s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver’s license by the end of the 60-day introductory period required
