Estimated start date is - ASAP

Monday-Friday - 7:00A-3:30P

$25.50 per hour - paid weekly

Responsibilities:
• Analyze professional claims to determine claims payment
• Review authorizations
• Understand Provider contract
• Apply claim reductions and denials as based on industry standard guidelines utilizing information displayed on each claim through CES review
• Monitor Error Queues and Denial queues for error corrections
• Seek assistance with claim questions through the Claims Trainer, Team Lead and Team Supervisor
• Apply proper benefit application based on service rendered
• Be able to determine where capitated payment applies versus fee for service

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis codes and CPT-4 procedure coding
• Knowledge of CMS-1500 claim form - Required
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Crystal Reports, preferred
• Xcelys claims processing system, preferred
