This position is responsible for overseeing and directing the efforts of assigned food locations. Supervises all employees throughout the shift. Also responsible for assisting in product ordering, scheduling and inventories. Controls product cost through proper ordering, product proportioning and inventory control.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assists in the coordination and placement of front of house staff members in both Food & Beverage and Retail; oversees operation of front-line food and beverage staff and ensures
excellent service is provided while maintaining productivity, food safety and cleanliness.
Monitors the operation through routine audits and takes appropriate action when necessary; ensures guest service is maintained in an efficient and timely manner.
Assists in ordering product and maintaining inventory levels.
Takes appropriate action to answer guest questions and resolves complaints; gives verbal direction and assistance to
guests and ensures quality guest service is given; displays a positive attitude about the resort and division to all associates.
Provides meal and break periods to subordinates in compliance with Resort, State and/or federal Guidelines.
All other duties as assigned.
