RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for Business Systems Analysts to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.Day to day responsibilities:- Business Systems Analysts will work in an agile environment
- Gather and validate business requirements to establish scope and parameters of requirements and define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
- Create systems and business process models, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources for various health care subject areas and develop source to target mappings; Profile data in source systems and validate data in target system post implementation
- Develop complex SQL scripts to help with integration and troubleshoot data related issues in a data warehouse setting
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop solutions and deliver on time and budget
- As a Business Systems Analysts, you will analyze integrated and extensive datasets to help answer business questions and solve data related issues
- Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customers
- Contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale projects with limited direction from leadership
- Partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and effectively, both verbally and visually, and communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- Software Skills Required: RDBMS systems
- Advanced SQL skills
- Healthcare domain/industry experience
- Teradata Data Warehouse
- ETL tools familiarity
- AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, Python, Alation, MS PowerPoint, Excel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
