Description:
Oversees the daily operation and maintenance of the Cadence Enterprise Wide Scheduling system for all users. Analyzes Cadence system requests on a daily basis.
Directs the build of Cadence and communicates priority and delivery dates to all parties involved.

Oversees the daily operations, optimization and maintenance of the Cadence Enterprise Wide Scheduling system for all users. Analyzes Cadence system requests daily for new providers, master schedule maintenance, visit type changes, or any other requests for system database additions/edits. Consults schedules and identifies the appropriate parties who can act upon white space on schedules, supply: demand mismatch, failure to meet productivity targets. Performs maintenance functions and performs schedule changes and other
scheduling updates in Cadence database in a timely fashion. Completes yearly reviews of messages and schedules for each provider in Cadence.

Assists MGPs leadership, Information Technologies in the design, build, and validation of EPIC Registration and Scheduling Prelude/Cadence.

Maintains centralized referring MD database both internal and external to Loyola. Provides technical expertise to maintain, train and monitor the Cadence referring physician database and LUHS Referring Physician Directory. Works closely on a weekly basis to add/edit referring MD database entries so claims can be generated in a timely fashion.

Develops monitors and maintains reports as requested by Ambulatory Operations Administrator and senior management. Directs build and maintenance of reports used for business purposes and therefore acts as a liaison to ambulatory managers, department administrators, super users, end users, Patient Access Center staff, Financial Clearance Center staff and Physician Network Organization (PNO) staff regarding issues related to scheduling or Cadence system functionality. Also acts as a resource for internal physicians, management and staff regarding Referring MD database. Acts as a resource to the LUMC Help Desk/Information Technologies staff for Cadence related issues and Cadence upgrades.

Partners with Ambulatory leadership and Dynamic Schedulers to validate template change process and adheres to policy surrounding change requests.
