We have an excellent opportunity for a Billing Specialist in our Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility. 

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

Coordinates all invoicing activities including the following:

• • Completing various daily reconciliations between the Loadver and Oracle systems as well as additional daily checklist activities from IT.
  • Processing of Home Depot Commerce Hub invoicing.
  • Updating of tracking information and release of all plant UPS orders.
• Performs entry of “billing only” invoices (re-bills, tax, freight, etc.)
• Maintains Billing SOX documentation and assist in providing required documentation as needed for internal and external audits.
• Assists in the coordination of cut-offs of monthly sales assuring proper internal controls and  matching of revenues and expenses.
• Prepares and communicates COD/CIA balances to customers ahead of deliveries.
• Works closely with Customer Experience team, DCs, Credit and Customer to resolve billing questions and concerns.
• Provides support to other Plant functional areas as directed by the Controller.

• Associates Degree in Business or 3-5 years related experience.
• 1-5 years billing experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Oracle ERP applications experience is highly desirable.
