Billing Analyst - WWCO Center of Excellence

Position Description:

ADP is seeking a billing analyst to join our World-Wide Operations Center of Excellence team. This individual will be responsible for a broad range of analytical, technical, and billing responsibilities. As a member of ADP Marketplace operations, you will directly impact overall revenue collection through the maintenance of partner data, direct communication with partner contacts, preparation of partner invoices, and compliance with internal controls and policies. We are in search of team members that are self-starters, intellectually curious and have a
proven ability to seek out and develop innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities. The individual in this role should be comfortable following procedures to complete frequent, repeated invoicing activities but also have a bias towards action and problem solving along with a strong focus on service delivery and customer experience.

What you will be responsible for:

• Provide analysis and due diligence to help inform the marketplace leadership in respect to partner payments and tracking, partner performance and insights
• Track and manage payments received directly from partner; serve as liaison to partner managers to address delinquent partner revenue payments
• Perform audits and research in accordance with internal controls and procedures and maintain documentation required for established key controls
• Perform all billing transactions, including new invoice creation and credit processing, timely and accurately to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Ensure ADP's standard operating procedures and processes are met to ADP's contractual requirements with our partners
• Accurately research and resolve client and partner billing questions, suspended billing transactions, and related issues to ensure the accurate recording of ADP's revenue
• Manage and respond to internal, client, and partner billing inquiries professionally and accurately; include case resolution with supporting documentation and details within established service levels
• Analyze billing transactions for completeness and accuracy; escalate findings to technical support to ensure process gaps are identified and closed
• Work directly with billing leadership, internal and external clients and partners to resolve areas of dissatisfaction and prevent further occurrences
• Perform ad hoc analysis and manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
• Build, grow and maintain relationships with stakeholders (billing leadership, Marketplace leadership, and internal and external partners)
