The CCM group is a full-service global practice comprised of 500+ practitioners with expertise ranging from Digital strategist, AI and Analytics to Digital technologists and Marketing Operations.

ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

An Associate Principal - Media & Web Analytics is a senior role in the firm and will serve as a Business Leader and Thought Champion in the CCM Practice. This role will have responsibility for developing and managing additional innovative analytics approaches especially in the media and web analytics domain (including AI/ML techniques) with ZS' strong team of analysts, data scientists and ML engineers, including but not limited to the Life Sciences vertical, translate these approaches into well-structured and systematic offerings potentially through ZS' platform solutions, create value proposition associated with the new offerings, develop strategic relationships with our clients' analytics/data-science/digital/business leadership and maintain a portfolio of large-scale analytics programs. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS leadership, expand Digital analytics business in our existing Life Sciences clients, help acquire new clients in the Digital space, and build trusted advisory relationships with executives at the company's large pharmaceutical and medical device accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large scale client business development and analytics (and related technology) delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry - Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices sector;
  • Design and manage programs and client relationships particularly in the area of Digital with a focus on Media & Web analytics/media optimization and other related analytics/AI/ML approaches to drive superior dynamic resource allocation and personalization;
  • Lead innovations, new offering development and commercialization of capabilities in the areas of Media & Web Analytics with help of a strong ZS analyst and data science team; work collaboratively and connect the dots across different ZS practice areas to help drive more value for ZS clients and their customers (e.g. Growth Marketing, Patient & Consumer Health, CCM)
  • Be an active contributor of ZS' CCM Analytics Team
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to our clients' business. Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds;
  • Play an active role in counseling and mentoring Managers and Consultants within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's/master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Math, Probability/Statistics, or related field from a top university, preferably with AI/ML background; MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable;
  • 4+ years' experience in a leadership role within a Management Consulting/Professional services firm;
  • Demonstrated expertise and specialization in Digital Analytics but will be a boundary spanner (between Strategy, Analytics and Technology)
  • 4+ years' experience in life science industry is preferred;
  • Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects
  • Strong ability to assess a company's Digital Analytics maturity through senior stakeholder interviews, organizational discovery and benchmarks;
  • Strong ability to formulate our client's Digital analytics strategy, implementation roadmap and operating models;
  • Strong ability to connect analytics to strategy and Digital Technologies to pull through and drive impact
  • Demonstrated experience in:
  • Media analytics and cross-channel media optimization, including both addressable and unaddressable media (life-sciences experience is preferred)
  • Web analytics for unaddressable and addressable customers
  • Multi-touch attribution modeling
  • Media performance tracking
  • Marketing mix assessment (including advanced techniques)
  • Data science/ML techniques (preferred)
  • CDP-driven analytics and identity-stitching (preferred)
  • Media buying process (an understanding of agency dynamics is preferred)

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
