Job Description Summary

The Lamb Weston Retail Marketing Associate Analyst position is an entry-level marketing role focused on management of the Lamb Weston licensed brands product portfolio and assist with the management of our Grown In Idaho brand. This full-time employee will be a valuable resource to cross-functional partners and is an opportunity to quickly learn about Lamb Weston and the retail consumer packaged goods business. The associate analyst will develop, hone and share analytical skills, project manage multiple programs going through our systems and create materials that leverage relevant insights and that will be used by Lamb Weston sales teams.

Job Description

• Ongoing product portfolio analysis: 1. Support RBU marketing leader by developing data and insights-based presentations that are shared with our licensing partners; 2. Mine data for our syndicated data providers and CRM databases to complete business reviews; 3. Communicate product updates and claims
  
• Enter PO's in SAP and manage invoices/goods receipts
  
• Manage customer marketing forms for branded products
  
• Manage consumer promotions - monitoring entries, redemptions and alerting management should any anomalies arise.
  
• Event management for the Natural Products Expo West Trade Show
  
• Martech stack asset management
  
• Management of outside vendors including the Sales Fulfillment Center
  
• Enter, review and approve projects in project management software
  
• Prepare for and participate in product cuttings
  
• Field general product questions and requests from Sales
  

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  
• Strong organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple activities and ensure accuracy of all work
  
• Detail-oriented
  
• Consummate team player capable of working across the organization
  
• Self-directed with ability to meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
  
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  
• Strong computer skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and Salesforce
