RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Tampa, FL.Summary:The A/R Analyst will monitor the aging of customer receivables and pro-actively take corrective action to resolve open accounts receivable balances in a timely manner. You will work directly with customers regarding delinquent payments, investigates discrepancies, and make recommendations for resolution of discrepancies and customer deductions. You will also minimize the amount of delinquent account balances as measured by -amount past due- and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). This person will establish and maintain account reconciliations using an analytical approach.Duties:

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with a background in performing root cause analysis
• Experience with application support and developing test and troubleshooting procedures (will have to identify when there is an issue within the system and reach out to IT or customer)
• Proficient with use of Microsoft Office application suite, with Intermediate Excel skills
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Team player that is well organized, can work independently and has strong diplomatic and negotiation skills are required
• Highly motivated individual with demonstrated excellence in analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills are required
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Get Paid system are highly preferred
• Language fluency (written and verbal) required in English; Spanish fluency a plus
• Travel: This position will be based in Tampa FL and may require up to 5% travel
