Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supporting the technical needs of new lines of business in regard to the enrollment system and its processes. Provides support for system-related projects. Performs configuration changes and system settings to ensure scope and quality. Responsible for performing advanced triage for diagnosis of the reported system and interface errors. Coordinating efforts with other IT areas when applicable. Perform various tasks including developing reports, systems set up, analyzing, preparing system specifications, flow charts, and diagrams to assist in understanding problems and providing solutions, and supporting third-party applications. Responsible for generating files from the enrollment system and providing it to vendor as needed.

Salary Range: $82,251.20 - $107,954.70 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
** This position will only consider candidates whose highest attained degree is an RN (no advanced nursing degrees will be considered or allowed to function in this role) **
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education
A.
Bachelor's degree in a technical area or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
B.
Master's degree in a related field
Experience
A.
• 3+ years of experience in managing and configuring application systems.
• Data Integration (SQL/ interfaces)
B.
4-6 years experience in applicable healthcare business operations.
• Healthcare payer experience preferred.
Licenses
A.
Valid Texas Driver's License
B.
Specialty nursing certification in ambulatory care or one appropriate to the specialty area assigned
ACLS/PALS issued by AHA
Special Skills
A.
Technical aptitude for multiple application points of integration.
• EDI/Flat files
• SQL Server Connectivity/Integration
• System/Application Upgrades

• Demonstrated expertise in the following areas
o Advance SQL Server Integration
