Analyst - Terminal Operations/OSP Support

Position Overview:

The terminal operations support Business Analyst role supports Motiva's Terminals and Pipelines organization. Responsible for supporting a broad area, from outside supply point operational vetting and setup to our terminal automation system support for operators. The team's overall goal is to support the ever-changing needs of the organization. This position requires you to collaborate with other teams in and outside of our organization/company to manage our product quality, regulatory compliance, and business interest in a safe and profitable manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setup and control of master data in multiple business systems. (TMS, TABs, EZLoad, Right angle.)
• Supporting regulatory reporting requirements and Data gathering and manipulations.
• Brand quality oversite for all areas of finished product sales.
• Support data flow and accuracy for inventory and invoicing.
• Provide support for product, measurement and loading at our equity and third-party locations.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in petroleum terminal operations.
• Familiar with TMS, Fuels manager, CEMs, and butane injection systems/ operations are helpful.
• Knowledge of applications like Access, Excel, word PowerPoint, Tableau, Pi and power apps.
• Strong operational knowledge of receipt operations, regulatory and product quality requirements, rack automation function and maintenance.
• Motivated and curious mindset willing to dive into problems and policies to promote process improvement.

Being adaptable to unforeseen changes and able to prioritize appropriately.
