Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decision-making across the business.
What you'll do as a Analyst:

• Develop dashboards and visualizations to measure KPI performance and study the impacts of various business actions.
  
• Perform deep-dive analyses to surface operational insights.
  
• Develop, improve, and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses.
  
• Develop automated tools to enable the business to explore operation insights and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Design A/B and multivariate tests on game operation strategy, evaluate test results, and translate insights into business actions.
  
• Partner with various business divisions to analyze data, interpret findings, and propose actions.
  

What you'll bring:

• 1+ years of business analytics or data science experience, preferably at a gaming company.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, MIS, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  
• Knowledge of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
  
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Tableau.
  
• Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience in the Design of Experiments, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  
• Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  

This position can sit in either Houston or Remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
