Accounting Clerk II - Property Management Accounts Payable

We have a great opportunity for you to work side by side with our passionate, bright and highly experienced professionals in the Multifamily Housing industry. We are looking for a detailed oriented Accounting Clerk II with accounts payable experience and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This position will have a Hybrid work schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days in our office in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, CA. Candidate must reside within commuting distance of the office.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or High School Diploma
• 2+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
• Good written and oral communication
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be organized and a team player
• Yardi or Nexus experience a plus
• Ability to use Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Opening Mail and scanning invoices received in house
• Downloading invoices from various utility websites
• Naming and Organizing documents
• Inputting invoice detail into Excel for upload files
• Indexing electronic invoices
• Run open payable reports for accountant's approval
• Mailing payments for in-house checks
• Void checks as requested
• Research problems
• Other tasks as assigned
