Position: Accounting and Finance

Location: Milwauee-WI-53207

Duration: 3 months+

Account reconciliation specialist
Position will be responsible for:* Keeping client statistical data entry, reporting and record keeping* Managing 5 bank accounts with multiple reconciliations and responsibilities
* Completing daily reporting and communication
* Verifying EFT balancing reports and processing ACH/EFT returns
* Verifying and processing client end of month checks for mailing
* Processing stops payments and bank return items
* Verifying and reporting on office postage, client check postage, foreign conversion rate, NCH return/NOC, NSFs and end of month checks

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have an Associates or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equal experience
* Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
* Have excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Have a good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Have a high attention to detail
