The opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are hiring for an Account Manager, Software Sales to join our growing sales organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead expansion in markets and seek business opportunities as you secure new opportunities, expanding our presence. You will qualify and follow up on all inbound leads, sales inquiries, and marketing responses; network and build business relationships to secure new opportunities; and develop and deliver product solution presentations identifying areas for upselling.

Who you are

You are a Sales Executive or Account Manager with experience selling software. You want to join a global sales team at a scaling industry leader offering essential cloud products to every player in CRE. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and strengths in both prospecting and presenting solutions to buyers. You have the initiative to work independently and the mindset to thrive in a team-focused sales environment.

As our new Account Manager, Software Sales, you bring:

  • The experience. You have a proven success record in end-to-end sales, either directly in the CRE industry or selling subscription-based software solutions. You have a history of meeting and exceeding your sales quotas. You are metrics-driven and comfortable using a range of tools and resources to generate leads and pursue deals.
  • The communication skills. You can easily build a positive, professional relationship with stakeholders at any level - listening, understanding, and responding. You have an exceptional ability to understand a client's business needs and provide them with a solution. You have outstanding negotiation skills. Your written abilities are equally strong.
  • The drive and the detail. You are meticulous and organized, whether it's planning your calls, making presentations, or reviewing and interpreting sales contracts and licensing agreements. You can work proactively on your own or collaboratively as part of a global team. You are self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics.
